Unlimited open bar (the Aruba rum punch is dangerously good) and a surprisingly delicious fresh barbecue chicken lunch with pasta salad and bread. They also served fresh fruit and cookies on the way back. You will not go hungry or thirsty.

We stopped at the Antilla shipwreck (a massive WWII German freighter) and a second reef. The crew provided top-notch gear (including flotation belts for nervous swimmers) and even jumped in with us to point out turtles and tropical fish.
