Running v7+?
If your point cloud import is failing, switch the file type from .LAS to .TXT (XYZ format) before loading. The Sokkia engine processes delimited text much faster than native LiDAR formats.

Also, don't sleep on for batch coordinate transformations. It is way more stable than copy-pasting in Excel.
