He falls to his knees. Ally whispers: “Now you know why Bizarro came to me. He was broken. I made him whole.”
Cut to: The Inverse Society’s hidden bunker. A dozen followers sit in perfect stillness. No breathing. No blinking. Ally Alston stands before them, hands raised. She whispers: superman & lois s02e10 lossless
Lois: “And you almost lost me. So let me do what I do best — find the truth before it finds us.” He falls to his knees
The key: Ally’s method requires a tether — a person whose emotional frequency she hasn’t absorbed. That tether is her estranged daughter, (guest star, Xolo Maridueña), living off-grid in Iceland. I made him whole
Clark is testing his super-hearing at the Fortress of Solitude. He closes his eyes. He can hear heartbeats across Metropolis, a baby’s laugh in Kansas City, a dog barking in Tokyo. But when he tries to listen for the Ally Alston energy signature (the Bizarro World rift), he hears nothing. A void. A silence so deep it hurts.
Lois: “Then let’s remind her what tears sound like.” Superman, trapped in the lossless void, can’t move, can’t hear, can’t feel. But Lois’s voice — recorded from Maya’s childhood lullaby — is broadcast through a modified JSI sonar cannon (built by John Henry and NATALIE IRONS).
Superman flies over the frozen lake near the Shuster Mines. Below, the ice cracks in a perfect circle — not from heat, but from the absence of sound.
