It happens to everyone: you suddenly realize you haven’t received an important newsletter, an order confirmation, or a message from a colleague. Chances are, you (or your spam filter) accidentally blocked the sender. In Microsoft Outlook, "blocking" can happen in two ways: manually adding a sender to the blocked list, or marking an email as "Junk," which tells Outlook to send future emails from that address straight to the Spam folder.
Under Blocked senders and domains , you will see a list of all blocked email addresses. Find the one you want to unblock.
Go to your Junk Email folder (usually found in the left-hand folder pane). unblock emails in outlook
Click on Tools in the top menu bar.
Choose Mail > Junk email .
Find an email from the blocked sender. Tap and hold the message (or tap the circle icon next to it).
