If you regularly block spam callers, it’s a good habit to review this list every few months to remove any numbers you no longer wish to block.

Blocking a number on your iPhone stops calls, messages, and FaceTime from that contact. However, it’s easy to forget who you’ve blocked over time. Apple does not provide a single "Block List" app, but the list is accessible through your Settings app.

For a quick check, you can also search for "blocked" in the Settings search bar (pull down on the Settings main screen) and tap "Blocked Contacts" from the results.
